About
About ConvertOGG
ConvertOGG is a focused audio utility for common Ogg, MP3 and WAV conversion tasks without routing private audio through a conversion backend.
Why it works in the browser
Modern browsers can run WebAssembly efficiently enough to handle practical audio conversions. ConvertOGG uses that capability so the file remains on the user's device while FFmpeg performs the actual decoding and encoding.
Focused, not sprawling
The site currently supports a small set of proven conversion paths rather than generating hundreds of thin format pages. Each converter uses the same tested detection and conversion system.
